Keep York County Warm 

Our Goal

The Keep York County Warm program will bring together teams of community volunteers to help sponsor and install various weatherization kits for low-income and disabled homeowners.

Keep York County Warm weatherized 49 homes with approximately 150 volunteers!
 
Homeowner Registration for Keep York County Warm 2012-2013 is OPEN!  Please see below.

Homeowner Information/Eligibility:

Homeowners:

The Keep York County warm homeowner registration is open for the 2012-2013 winter season. If you are in need of winter weather support information, please contact 211 Maine at www.211maine.org or call '211' to speak with a call specialist 24hrs a day 7 days a week. 

 

A homeowner application can be downloaded here or see your nearest General Asstistance officer, Community Action Agency or Southern Maine Agency on Aging.

Sponsor & Volunteer

Opportunities
:
 
Community volunteers have the option to:

  • Sponsor an eligible homeowner by purchasing one or more weatherization kits, and/or
  • Volunteer to install weatherization kits.

Upcoming Service Projects 

  • We will be going out on Saturday, November 17th 2012 to take assessments!
